Opening the Client

Does anyone else open their League client and as their about to log in, the window immediately shrinks and moves to the left side? Enlarging the window isn't the issue, neither does it have any effect on the game itself, but when the window is enlarged, then everything else like the text and the store stay as small as it was when the window shrunk. Any thoughts??
