New Champ Select Doesn't Save Your Summoner Spells When There is a Dodge

In Old Champ Select/Blind Pick, you keep your summoner spell choices if the lobby is dodged, but in New Champ select, you have to keep changing them.

It's a minor annoyance, but New Champ Select has been out for a long time now, and it's pretty annoying when you have several dodges in a row. This bug can lead to people accidentally not having smite as jg, etc.
