[Gameplay] Lee Sin Quick+Self-cast Safeguard
Lee Sin's Safeguard on Quick+Self-cast does not work. It has been more than two patches since this functionality was broken intentionally. When is this going to get fixed?

According to http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-711-notes it was temporarily removed to provide buffering functionality but they intend to revive it. It may just be somewhat low priority unfortunately. Sorry I don't have any real/official answers for you.
