[Gameplay] Minor Sion bug in ARAM

Simply put, his /taunt and /joke don't function in ARAM since the new model was implemented. This effects only triggered talking - movement quotes still trigger as normal, which is why I only noticed it recently. Should be reproduced easily, at least!
