Q a minion/champion Expected Result: Luden's Echo procs Actual Result: Leden's Echo does not proc Possible Reason: Gangplanks Q is considered a basic attack rather than a spell, although it wouldn't make sense as ezreal's q still procs.

Working as intended.

Gangplank and Ez's Q both proc on-hit effects, not Spell Effects. That is why you can crit with Ganplank's Q and Ez gets Spellblade on it.
