~PATCH 6.17~ Gameplay / Client - Nexus turret and Shop bug

When one of the 2 nexus turrets are destroyed , and when u walk next to it you can hear laser sound , like it's still dealing dmg , but it's destroyed . I have seen this a lot :) (EUNE / EUW )

Shop bug. When i bought runes i had like 1000 ip, i bought one rune for 500 ip (example ) and then the ip count didn't change it still said i had 1000, but when i tried to buy something for 500 + it said i don't have enough IP :) Eune / Euw
