Skin ward and turret kill bug

Today i bought 'Definitely not a ward' skin , but i can't change it. I can't change default ward to that one in champion select i can't see it, like i don't have it . But in purchase history it says i bought it today and in shop it says 'owned' . :) And also today when i destroyed turret with Twisted Fate it said that enemy Tryndamere destroyed ,but he was in his base :)
