Hotkeys Not Working

When will this be fixed?

Problem: Upon joining any game I take a gamble whether my League will allow my hotkeys to respond or not. If it does respond, then everything is normal. IF IT DOESN'T, THEN I MUST LOGOUT OF LEAGUE AND RECONNECT WHILE THE ENEMY STEALS OUR JUNGLE AND GETS FIRST BLOOD.

This problem happens in any matchmade gamemode: Bots, Customs, Normals, and Ranked. While the hotkeys are broken, you are still able to chat and spam emotes. This not only happens to my computer but others as well if you look through other forum posts of this problem.

Sometimes relogging won't fix it and I'll have to restart my entire computer.

Solution: This problem has persisted for ages and it's still not fixed.
