MORDEKAISER Q AND TITANIC HYDRA HAS SOME BUGS

Today I was playing ad mordekaiser top (why not) and found out that some times the passive of titanic hydra works but sometimes it doesnt when mordekaiser uses it's q. Also, the mordekaisers q autoattack time doesn't get reset when the active is used. The second one might be intentional but the first should work everytime. Please check riot. I need to play more ad mordekaiser.
