I am experiencing internet lag and it is not showing up in my MS tracker, which leads me to believe that it is caused by league itself. It sometimes happens but sometimes it doesn't, like the characters pause in place and then resume back to where they should be, like network lag, but it isn't showing up as ping.
I've also had this problem quite a bit, rather annoying when my Internet is completely fine at 46ms, then out of no where I keep freezing in place.
This seems alot like what i have, ms is shown as 57 but my fps is dropping down to 2-8 contently and it's been like that since the patch before last.....
This is exactly what I've experienced.
I have the same thing but I was told it was packet loss from my connection cutting out for very shorts amounts of time. The problem is, League is the only game that is affected by this which leads me to believe it's on their side.
