Toxic Mundo bug

Just went up against a toxic mundo earlier today and for awhile it was fine but once he got his ult, his cleavers started to go invisible for me but not my team. The wierd part is that even though they could see them for awhile, the cleavers then went invisible for them too. Could still dodge them for awhile but it got increasing hard when the mundo got cooldown items and could just keep throwing them. Not being able to see something flying at you is fairly hard to dodge.
