[CLIENT] wrong champion icons when scrolled down

when i scroll down on my champions page the icons of the champions are on the wrong place

you log in go to champions scroll down with the scrollbar from top to bot really quick (dont use scroller on the mouse) and you'll see that the icons couldnt keep up with the scroll and it will appear on the wrong champion names if you refresh (clicking other page and bk to champion pg) it will fix

i get this every time when i go freshly to my champion page
