Smart Ping problem

Normally i dont ping because.... i cant ping well.. i CAN ping but the problem is the arrow of the smart ping menu go out of my whole screen

it slowly go around to the ping i want by the time i ping, my team is already dead or such :\

If i just press G or V and then directly on map or a spot idk it may show random pings mostly it go "on my way" for both (ok with it if it stay as that without randomizing) :| but sometimes it ping as enemy missing or something else which is not my intention

I have no other problem in game with my Q W E R or any other hotkeys its just my smart ping vuv
