Item Sets: Phantom Consumables Block

After creating a custom item set for Marksmen, I notice that in game it always has a final "Consumables" block under all of my other blocks containing a single item, 1 control ward. This block will not show up while in the client to customize item sets.

This block keeps reappearing even after I've deleted and recreated the entire set from scratch.

I think this is simply a placeholder for event items, but it still bugs me that it shows up in Normal Draft SR games and I can't just remove or hide it.
