ARAM Twitch Ult Bug

Usually I record games but unfortunately I did not this time. I was playing Twitch with a Skin and Ulted auto attacked a nexus trying to expeke it.

However I was dealing Zero Damage to it. The inhib had not re-spawned at this point so I'm really confused by this.
