Select Audio Playback Device

This is a small utility improvement. As such for my situation specifically for an example. I play on a dual screened computer. Some nights I'll be playing while my wife is watching Netflix on the other screen. We have a clash in audio samples of League and Netflix running through the same output device.

What I'm suggesting is that I'm not the only one with a similar situation. I'm asking for a small feature in the client that allows us to choose our audio playback devices. Like either a drop down in order to choose among the audio devices the computer has detected or between a "default audio device" or a "default communication device".

Would be a neat utility to implement.
