EUW client is broken... Again...

Ever since the introduction of TFT I don't think our client and/or server has been working as intended, there's always at least one issue (not being able to see what your friends are doing when you hover them on the social bar is a feature btw, did you know?)

The Recently Played folder has been gone for weeks and you don't care, and now it's the entire chat bar that is gone, it's been hours and you won't fix it. Do better.
