[GAMEPLAY] Camera lock freezing/unresponsive

There have been, so far, two different times where the camera lock function decides to not function the way it should. For reference, I tend to play with the camera locked and will unlock it frequently to get a good look at my surroundings. I have it bound with the space bar. I'll be in the middle of a game and the key binding all of a sudden is unresponsive and won't lock/unlock. I can still center the camera onto my champion (through using the Center Camera on Champion key binding, set to Y), but now I'm either restricted to the locked camera view or unlocked camera, which is not very comfortable for me to use indefinitely. Using the HUD's toggle camera lock button doesn't do anything, either. It literally does not register anything if I were to click on it while this issue is occurring.

Resetting/rebinding the key does not fix this issue and only seems to resolve itself once I die in-game. I'm not sure what is causing this issue to occur as I'm too focused on the heat of the moment with the ongoing game, but this has only started with the most recent patch.
