"Left during champ select" when game starts but I didnt dodge

So I was in a lobby that was ready to roll (have my champ Kled and skin activated), timer ticks to zero, game doesnt start. Then it says I dodged. But I don't have a timer penalty as I would expect, I just requed immediately. Is someone hacking dodges or something? Very odd behavior
