Won't Let Me Purchase Any (Available) Skins

I go to: League Client / Collection / Champions / (Any Champion) Ryze / Skins / Ryze Whitebeard / Unlock it says at the top of the window "Not Enough Currency." There are no buttons below the cover art and the text that say "RP" or "BE" like there use to be in order to purchase the skin. This is causing me to not want to buy the RP because I think that it's a glitch or something and I won't be able to get the skin I want anyway. I even reinstalled the game thinking that it was a glitch. I saw a forum about this exact same problem posted 4 days ago and a couple guys were experiencing the same thing. Riot please put the purchase buttons back if you did take them out, regardless of the users currency.
