Lobby Timeout

The champ selection sound dinged but it was not my turn - the other team was selecting and still had 28 seconds on their turn. When their timer got to 0, it kicked me from lobby and said I failed to select a champ but it wasn't my turn and I couldn't select one. It took 10 LP from me and I have a queue wait time.
