Yasuo bug(Maybe)

I was playing a game as Yasuo and I was going bot lane and knocked up a thresh and went to E him while a vayne was right next to him and without E'ing again I wen't from E'ing the knocked up thresh, Q'ing, then automatically E'ing vayne. I don't know if this is an actual bug or just managed to happen to me during that one game from a mixed up code. As strong as yasuo is I don't want this type of bug to be an actual issue later on and screw up peoples provisionals or simply make the game un-fun for some people. Anyone wanna update me on this if they've had the same bug or have tested it out?
