[CLIENT] Maintenance caused my RP card to break

two days ago when the riot sever was going under maintenance I foolishly tried to enter a code for rp and the client lagged out and crashed, not its not the crashing that bothers me its the fact that when I try to re-input the code (as it did not activate) the code says it is not valid. I was given a reiect from my local store that said it was activated, but it is not currently working. The Card was a 25$ rp card (if you would like the code i'll be happy to pm you, rito employees only ty) my ign is: thespaggetimahn i wanted to buy the new katarina skin but now idk if i can if you would like a picture of the receipt i can send to you.
