Kircheas shard passive not proking

i was play ad thresh because why not i thought with the new items he might not be shit anymore even though hes not op but anyways i built then the shard which builds into a static shiv or the new item that gives range (experimenting with build paths one reason i play pbe i thought there might be a way to hit an early power spike with that new item) anyways then i finished and built anyways i found that the shard would only prok 1ce then it wouldnt prok again until i backed sold the item and hit undo it would just remain at 100 like my next auto would do the magic damge (never would though) i didnt get a chance to see if this bug carrys over to other games or if its only with thresh or if its only with the shard (cause of server crash) but i think it does cause i reset the item in my inventory 3 times ill update when i get more info on this bug when i can play a game again anyways i shouldve built shard into something to see if its just that item but i thought their would be more games and the game i was playing didnt seem to have a end in sight just a bunch of back and forths with weird builds and shit players

IN THE END KIRCHEAS SHARD (cant check if its correct cant even log in) would only prok once on thresh then glitch out and become useless
