broken champion spells

When trying to escape a fight it seemed there's a delay in the use of the ability "flash" and "heal".

Just finished a match playing as caitlyn, was running to join a fight in our top jungle behind baron and i placed a ward in the bush by the red golem and saw kha'zix so i pressed flash and heal to escape his burst but he jumped on me and Q then my heal went off then flash, which was like 5 sec after i had pressed to activate them and they went off in the wrong order i activated them, i mean i lived cause they actually activated, im just making note that they are bugged and not working as i had needed them too.
