Cassiopeia bug/ulti synchronization

Hello,

Would like to flag that Cassio ulti animation sequence and sound effect is just early vs effect hit. Cca 0.3 sec difference. Often when I cast ulti sound and animation are given, effect not, cd not triggered.

Eager to have a fix to make a fun champ viable.
