[BUG] Ashe cannot "crit" during Ranger's Focus (Q)

IMPORTANT: THIS BUG DOES NOT EXIST, I AM SORRY. AFTER EXTENSIVE TESTING CRITS WORK AS INTENDED :IMPORTANT

Although Ashe does not gain extra damage from critical strikes, her auto attack can "crit", and that increases the slow from it. However, activating her Q will give her that slow on every auto attack, and it seems to remove her ability to land a critical strike.

This is only important for Essence Reaver's mana return and (maybe) the damage reduction for critical strikes on Randuin's Omen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick Ashe (on any map)
2. Purchase Essence Reaver
3. Notice that she will "crit" and gain mana 30% of the time
4. Activate Q
5. Notice that Ashe will no longer gain mana while her Q is active.

This happens 100% of the time.
