Akali Chroma Missing (Rose Quartz)

I bought the bundle that included all her chromas, and I believe this patch, one chroma is missing/was removed, specifically her Rose Quartz chroma. Was just wondering if this is intentional or a bug.

I used this chroma once in the PBE, it made all her abilities invisible and it was very weird, you couldn't see her smoke. No one could see anything, it was super weird and super difficult to play. Since you couldn't see her smoke, you couldn't stay hidden as it spread.

Riot please bring it back!!! It's my favorite Akali skin to play other than KDA
