Full dmg crit runes with Miss Fortune

You get 139% ult lvl 1 but no more than that and a 295% q, but the first q on a target doesn't crit even at 100% crit, the 2nd shot crits but the dmg doesn't change at all if you kill a minion with q

P.s. Crit dmg sucks unless you're a crit champ, but it seems that it's buggy since no one's tested em out.
