Glitch; Olaf's throw got me a kill

Hey the very last game I was playing I had noticed I did a lot of damage to a Teemo at about 24 minutes. I didn't kill him, but he walked away and Olaf's axe throw clearly got the kill, and then it marked the kill as my own.

What champion were you on? If you were on a champion with a DoT or had Ignite on him, it's entirely possible that Olaf's axe took him to 1 HP and your DoT ticked for the kill.
