[GAMEPLAY] Soraka - Starcall Heals Soraka Even When Used On A Spell Shield

On Soraka, when casting Starcall on an enemy champion that has a Spell Shield, the enemy champion will take no damage, however, Soraka still receives health back (through Astral Infusion's passive).

1. Cast Starcall (with points in Astral Infusion) at an enemy champion who has a Spell Shield.
2. Cast Spell Shield using the enemy champion (if it is castable)

I've tried this in over 3 games and this happened each time. This seems to be occurring universally against all champions and champion skins. Items do not effect this bug (although one of them do help to show it, namely Banshee's Veil).
