[GAMEPLAY] Ezreal - Mystic Shot damage is not blocked by a Spell Shield

Pretty much what it says in the title. When pressing Spell Shield on Sivir to block Ezreal's Mystic Shot ability will not block the damage, but it will give mana back. This is the same for Banshee's Veil (except for mana) and Nocturne, again their respective spell shields will not block the damage from Ezreal's Mystic Shot.

1. Set a custom game with Ezreal playing against Sivir and Nocturne.
2. Have Ezreal level up his Q, Sivir her E, and Nocturne his W.
3. Have Sivir and Nocturne (separately) use their respective shield abilities against Ezreal's Q.

(Optional Steps):

4. Buy Banshee's Veil on Sivir and/or Nocturne (or any champion really).
5. Have Ezreal shoot a Q at Sivir/Nocturne (insert other champion here) while the passive from Banshee's Veil is up.

I've tried this multiple games and this has happened each time, this has happened on all of the skins. Items do not affect this bug (but Banshee's Veil can be used to show it).
