[CLIENT] Client Bug

So while I was playing some league, I got out of game and encountered one of the most bizarre glitches I have ever seen. The thing is, this has happened before, but it wasn't so odd at that time. Here's a clip of the bug.... or glitch? The only solution I found for this bug was through logging out and logging back in. Only solution (annoying way to fix it) is to log out and log back in.
