[Bug] Fuzzy Icons

If you zoom in on the KT Rolster icon, you can see that it is very unclear and appears fuzzy. The same thing occurs sometimes when you are in loading screen and some summoner icons look fuzzy. Other people have had this type of problem and I have seen no fix.

I suspected it was my specs because I do not have a powerful laptop. It's more of a work laptop rather than a gaming type.
