Why is it still 5 minutes? Aren't all items supposed to have their cds reduced by 80%?

A 60 second revive item on everyone would be ridiculous yes, but it would also be more frustrating than fun. Imagine it on some of the revive passive champs like Aatrox or Anivia.

So yes, it's supposed to be reduced by 80%, but seeing as fun is the priority GA was an exception.
