Braum's ult isn't a projectile... is it?

My friend lost a game to a Yasuo as Braum top because Yasuo's windwall kept on blocking Braum's ult. I don't think Braum's ult is a projectile.

it is as it has visible travel time.

It's a non-creature projectile with travelling time. Therefore, it will be blocked.

Sidenote: Vel'Koz W is a projectile as it is effectively the same as a Braum ultimate.

Does a Kalista's Ult make the support count as a projectile when used?

Is Vi considered a projectile when dashing with Q or R?

As Vel'koz W it's a projectile that "cuts" the ground. A projectile is a moving particle which isn't bound to what launched it. Shock Waves can be considered projectiles too.
