LP gains don't scale with mmr if you are in negative LP

Check any of them, and then reference my silver 2 status. I should be gaining something along the lines of 25-30 LP. I had dodged a champ select prior but didn't know this is how it worked. Is this a bug?

Edit: I just gained 37 LP after my next game. If this could be corrected that would be greatly appreciated if
