Client Play Button and Champ Select Bug (Not allowing for roles/champ to be selected)

1. This is a client and champ select bug. Not an issue with connection but the client itself.
2. Once roles are selected it makes me select my roles multiple times. Also in Champ select I will click select a champion and it will not select to last minute. It usually takes up to a minute to finally select my roles. I also am connected to the internet; reinstalled the game and used the hextech tool.
3. Open up the client and create a new game; not sure if this is happening to everyone but it basically happens as soon as I try to start a game.
4. It occurs every time I open the game for about the past month. It may have to do with the new windows update. Not sure if that is causing it.
