Hunter’s Talisman Not working with certain AA modifiers

I play Diana jungle sometimes and I notice that my third AOE auto didn’t apply the talisman burn. I also noticed that Rek’sai Q also doesn’t apply this either. There are a couple others that I forgot I think. I’m not sure if it’s a bug but talisman says auto-attacks and spells. Tiamat also doesn’t apply this but it’s an item.
