Hextech Protobelt Exploit

Played a blind game and say this happen, and thought it was a just a visual bug till we all got hit by Lux's Ult at different locations. (Video might not show it since I made it really quickly). But, apparently, this is a known bug and on youtube. If it is why hasnt item been disabled?

If not, here's a video proof. I would have hid the names, but the Lux that was using this exploit was being smug about it.

I doubt this is a one time thing. You can clearly see its a exploit that's being used at 0:09 (funny thing is first time seeing this. And I caught it right away when Lux bought the belt).

I don't think it actually does dmg though. Pretty sure only 1 of the beams are real.

As a Lux main who just learned about it, I'd like to add that this doesn't put her ult on cooldown. Instead, it takes the cooldown of protobelt. It also needs to be Ult then Protobelt done at a frame perfect timing, otherwise it won't work. It does damage to everything hit by them. The effects themselves are varying. Sometimes the lasers overlap into one big laser, sometimes there's a clear spread, and sometimes a laser fires behind you. There's more technicalities that haven't been figured out yet but that's probably for the greater good that those aren't figured out.

But yea, this needs to be fixed ASAP. I've heard rumors of it working on Lissandra too.
