Stuck in Fountain (Blood Moon)

Started a game of blood moon as Akali. Game loaded like normal. It gave me a notification that my ingenious hunter rune was swapped for ravenous hunter. Then I could not move or interact with anything in game. I can hear all noises and everyone else is moving in real time. I have relogged 4 times and the problem is not fixed.

I had this exact same thing happen to me in a Ranked Summoner's Rift game as Ornn (Akali in enemy top lane?).
