LF Plat+ Jungle for Team

Goals: There are several goals associated with this group effort: 1- Improve individual skills/mechanics 2- Improve Macro play 3- Learn to identify win conditions of team comps and play around them 4- Climb rank (both flex AND solo) 5- Make friends

How I want to accomplish this: 1- Playing together at a regular time 3x a week (minimum) 2- Practices will include Drills, such as lane practice, cs drills, etc. 3- Gameplay analysis.

What I am looking for in an applicant: 1- Dedication- I want to practice 3x a week, allowing for drills, actual ranked game play, game play analysis nights, etc. 2- Competitive- I want people who are TRULY competitive: meaning they are trying to get better, willing to take instruction/criticism, and are focused on primarily their OWN gameplay for improvement. 3- Cool headed- As well as being competitive, I want non-ragers. Part of our goal is to have fun while getting better. Getting better isnt always fun, but keeping it cool under pressure and focusing on what is next is important to growth and keeping up morale. 4- Boldness - Be willing to speak up when you disagree, but be respectful and engage in the discussion meaningfully. 5- Respectful- This will be iterated a lot and I think I have mentioned it at least once already. We are all players with good and bad days, we all make mistakes. Lets try to help each other move on and avoid childish blame games and insults.
