Client crash during Champion Select, Causes a loss, Lose Promos

It should not count as a loss or make you lose LP if you did not deliberately leave. It is not my fault the client crashes, and its just plain annoying. There has to be some way around this.

I feel the exact same way, honestly I've lost 2 or 3 promos, or at least, had a loss because of the client crashing as soon as Ban phase is over...Nothing has been done about the crashes, and repairing doesn't help at all(I've repaired at least 10-12 times in the past 2 months). Obviously it's too late to help me or you now, but it's never too late to help everyone else. summoner 30
