Qiyana Q only aiming at a fixed direction

First game on her, I noticed that at some point during the game my Q was aimed at random directions, for a period of time it would ONLY fire to the up and right, no matter where I actually aimed the skillshot.

yeah had that happen a bit ago, tried to recreate it in the practice tool to no avail

mine was a fixed point where it would fire to, so i don't think it's a direction i things it's a point on the map, but i noticed it moved mmultiple times
