Game random freeze.

Anyone know why my game freezes at random...it's not a bug splat when it happens everything just STOPS i cant end the task, or just re-load the game. I actually have to manually shut down the PC to load back in, thus has been happening at least twice a day for the last month or so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
