So i just got a third key fragment and i was excited because i had 4 cases just waiting to bee opened. So i open the case and the loot system freezes for a couples minutes. I think if i just go to my lobby and then go back to my loot everything will be ok. Until i go back to my loot and not only is the key and one case missing, and i didnt have any look whatsoever, everything is the same way it was before i opened the case except the box and key are missing. Any thoughts?

I had the same thing happen just now. I have had the loot screen freeze before, but after going to the lobby screen and then back to the loot screen there would be new loot. Not so this time. I returned to the loot screen and there was nothing new even after logging out and back in.
EDIT: Nevermind. I got a summoner icon. I assume summoner icons are automatically added without spending shards? I looked at my purchase history and the icon showed up as being purchased today.
