New Beta Client Store Issues with making purchases

When I launch the new client, everything seems cooler and all...but once I get to the store, I can't buy anything. There is a little button that says "unlock" when I pick a champ or skin to buy but its gray. When I hover over it, it says "not implemented". I thought that maybe this was for everyone. However, my friends just updated their league client too and they aren't having any problems with their clients' store. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I would appreciate any help.
