Both the client and the loading screen was frozen and the windows wouldn't even close!

I was starting a game today and everything went smoothly, I went through the champ select, and the loading finished. But when everyone reached 100% it froze! I couldn't close the window of the client or the loading screen while all the other tabs I had was able to be closed. This led me to believe it was a problem with League. I also have been experiencing other bugs ever since the client change. It been sooooo annoying, I've been punished 3 times already due to these bs crashes! I just want to play some league after a long day and it f's me over too. Pls riot fix this. This only happens to my league of legends not to any of my other games. Also my computer is fairly new, I've only had it for half a year, after my old computer couldn't handle League anymore. So pls fix this.
