HEIMERDINGER TURRET BUG

NOT A THOUGHT. A FACT. HEIMERS GUNS GLITCH. They do not properly function. They stop shooting and cannot transition properly from hitting champs, lane minions, turrets and inhibitors. They will stop shooting. The ult cannon also has this issue, and spaz out and cannot fire properly on multiple targets within the area zone. This is the second time I have been writing this. How quickly you fix other champs if their abilities stop working. Not even a routine fix scheduled. You do it instantly. Why do you not fix it with Heimer? In cae the posts have not been clear. Heimer's guns do not accurately fire.
