[Client] Patch Notes are showing in Korean

^As the title states. I was taking a break from League and left my client still logged in minimised in the background. I came back about an hour and a half later and while I was updating another app, I brought up the League window and saw an update was finishing up. I don't know how big of a patch there was but I decided to read the patch notes and they show in Korean. Not a major problem as I can try to read them somewhere else, but I thought I would bring it up.

Edit: Patch Notes, Overview, and Nexus are all Korean, Arcade and Champ reveal are in another language I don't know
